Buyer Rating in Exporters.SG: What It Is and How to Improve Yours

Every member on Exporters.SG has a Buyer Rating — a score visible to sellers that indicates the quality and credibility of that member as a buyer. A higher Buyer Rating increases the likelihood that suppliers will respond to your enquiries and buying leads.

How the Buyer Rating is calculated

The Buyer Rating is made up of three factors, each worth one star. A maximum rating of three stars is achievable by completing all three:

How to achieve a 3-star Buyer Rating

1. Confirm your email. If you registered but haven't confirmed your email address, request a new confirmation email from your account settings.
2. Stay active. Log in at least once every 14 days to maintain your Active status.
3. Get verified. Completed the authentication/verification process in Exporters.SG.

Why a high Buyer Rating matters

Sellers see your Buyer Rating when reviewing your buying leads and enquiries. A 3-star rating signals you are a credible, active, and verified buyer — which significantly increases the quality and quantity of responses you receive.
