Why am I not receiving email alerts on trade leads newsletters in my mailbox?

The amount of time it takes to receive these emails depends on the traffic of the messages queue. However, if you have not receive them over 24 hours, check these:
 
  1. Your email address is valid. You can change it by logging into your account.
  2. You have set email alert preference to deliver to your email.
  3. Your email is confirmed by our system. Otherwise, reconfirm your email.
  4. Make sure that emails from Exporters.SG are excluded from your email junk filter.
  5. Make sure that your Internet Service Provider do not block emails from Exporters.SG. Once this is done, reconfirm your email.
If you are still unable to resolve the issue, do consider changing your email address in your account.
