What Are Trust Points in Exporters.SG?

How We Rate Our Members
Trust Points are a numerical credibility score assigned to every Exporters.SG member. They are calculated from the six components of your Rating — authentication, bank information, certifications, trust networks, reviews, and premium membership.

Why Trust Points matter:

  • They determine your ranking in search results and category pages — higher Trust Points means more visibility to buyers.
  • They give other members a quick signal of how established and trustworthy you are.
  • They accumulate over time, rewarding long-term commitment to good trading practices.

How to increase your Trust Points:

Trust Points rely on Rating to calculate how many points you are awarded.

How Trust Points Are Calculated  Points Awarded
Authentication & Verification
If this member is authenticated and verified		 10 points
Bank Information
If this member has submitted Bank Information.
Requirement: Member must be authenticated. 
 10 points
Awards and Certifications
For every awards or certifications accepted.
Requirement: Member must be authenticated.
 5 points, up to max 20
Trust Networks
For every authenticated member who added this member into their trust networks.
 2 point, up to max 20
Reviews
For every 12 rating points or more awarded in each Reviews by an authenticated member submitted within last 24 months.
 2 points each review
Premium Membership
For every year a member subscribed to our premium memberships.
 Exporters Plus - 2 points per year
Exporters Premium - 5 points per year
 
For example, if your company has been authenticated & verified (add 10 points), you have 3 authenticated members who added you into their trust networks (add 3x2 points), your Trust Points will be: 10+6 = 16.
 
For every 10 Trust Points received, a star is displayed in the profile page.
 
Trust Points  Rating - Description
0  - not rated
10 and above  - Good
20 and above  - Very Good
30 and above  - Well Done
40 and above   - Great
50 and above  - Excellent!
