The Completed Profile badge 
is awarded to Exporters.SG members who have filled out all key sections of their company profile. A complete profile makes it significantly easier for potential buyers and suppliers to evaluate your business and decide whether to contact you.
Why completing your profile matters
Your Exporters.SG profile is your first impression for thousands of global buyers and sellers. A complete profile signals professionalism and credibility — members with complete profiles are more likely to receive enquiries, be added to contact lists, and be trusted as business partners.
Three steps to earn the Completed Profile badge
- Upload your company logo. A logo makes your profile recognizable and professional. Go to your profile settings to upload one.
- Complete your Basic and Advanced Information. This includes your company description, address, contact details, products and services offered, and any other relevant business information. Complete it at your profile settings.
- Join at least 3 relevant product categories. Categories determine where your company appears in the Exporters.SG. Select all categories that accurately describe your business.
Once all three steps are completed, the Completed Profile badge will appear automatically on your public profile page.
Check your progress: Visit your profile completeness page at any time to see which sections are still incomplete.
