Each product listing has a status to show if it is active and the reason if it is not.
These are the different types of product listing status :
- Active
Product listing is currently shown in your showroom, category pages and search results.
- Active (Limited): No pictures or price
Product listing is active but limited in exposures due to low ranking in search results and category pages. Do check that:
1. You have added product picture for your product listing, and
2. You have added a valid price for the product.
The price should be based on the minimum order quantity you have set in the product listing. For example, if the minimum order quantity for your product listing is 100 units, enter the UNIT price for a 100 units order.
- Under Review
When you add a new product listing or edit an existing product listing, it will be queued for review. Generally it takes less than 24 hours for the review to complete.
- Inactive: Incomplete listing
Check that your Product Description is clear, specific, and include details in the Additional Information field. If you have included product picture, check that it represents the product description accurately. Avoid using generic descriptions or listing multiple products in a single listing.
- Inactive: Duplicate Listing
Product listing is same or similar to an another active product listing. Check that each of your product listing's description is unique. Remove duplicate or similar product listings. In addition, avoid creating multiple product listings of the same product with different variations but same price. e.g. color, size, etc. Products with variations should be posted as a single product listing, with the variations stated under the Additional Information field.
- Inactive: Contains Contact Info
Product listing, including product picture, should not contain any contact information. For example, contact numbers, email address, website address.
- Inactive: Contains Product Usage Information
Pharmaceutical and medical product listings should not contain any recommendations relating to the use of the products.
- Inactive: Invalid Price
Check that your price is accurate.
- Inactive: Restricted
Product listing is under a restricted category and you need to get your account approved before it can active.
